Almost all of our Gowns are made to order, please have a quick read over our "Why Made To Order" section to see why we do this. This just means we do not hold all of our stock and will have your dress ordered in according to the shipping method chosen. Your item is still eligible for 14 days return, the 14 days start as soon as the item reaches you. Delivery times are detailed below. Delivery times are just estimated and delays can occur.

*please note express shipping is only available for evening dresses.

All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. Please leave address details if you feel the courier may need some assistance finding your house.

 

Returns Policy

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you can do so provided it meets the following:

  • If you are a customer in the European Economic Area, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your delivery and receive a refund for most products that you purchase from us online. 

  • Item must be returned by post, we advise you to obtain a copy with proof of postage and tracking just in case your item is lost on the way back to Glowing Girlie's head office. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Items are not refunded if they do not reach us.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Items must have all Glowing Girlie's tags fully attached to garments. 

  • Return forms must be included and filled in within the returned package before posting. These can be obtained by emailing info@glowinggirlies.com

  • A refund will be made by the original method of payment.

  • If the product received by you is damaged or faulty you should let us know within 5 days of receiving it and we will ensure you receive all your rights under the law.

  • The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be refunded once the above criteria has been met and it passes inspection from our online returns team. We do not cover your shipping costs back to us or refund the shipping cost paid by you.

  • For orders that qualified for free delivery/lower delivery price then normal a shipping charge of €5 (ROI) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Should your item reach us outside of our return policy timeline or damaged we may request a re-shipping charge to release the goods back to you, you will not be refunded for these.

  • Returns can take up to 14 days to process and refunds can take 7-14 working days depending on your bank.

Non Returnable items

We do not offer returns for items shipped outside of Europe.
 
Custom sizes gowns that we make using the measurements you send us cannot be refunded. These are found in our "CUSTOM MADE GOWNS" section. These are ordered with customers specific measurements or colour choice and are made to fit the customer only.

Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

If you have purchased an item using a competition coupon that was won please note we do not take returns or exchanges on these items. If the item is returned a new code will not be issued and the item will not be sent back out.
