WHAT IS MADE-TO-ORDER?

Made-to-order is a production approach where items are not manufactured until a confirmed order is received. We get so many questions on why we make gowns to order instead of having all our gowns in stock & ready to ship. As fashion, trends & online shopping have progressed & changed over the recent years, so have customers and their needs & wants.

Made-to-order allows us to be more resourceful, fashion forward & environmentally friendly as a business whilst simultaneously giving our customers EXACTLY what they want.

Whether you order custom or standard sizing, our gowns are all made from scratch, unless they specifically state "in stock" in the product title or description.

WHY DID WE CHOOSE TO BE A MADE-TO-ORDER LABEL?

This process eliminates waste all together. It means that no material has been wasted on mass-producing gowns in standard sizing, which will sit in storage and possibly not sell. Also, our customers can get dresses to fit their body & fulfill their gown dreams,

It also means we can be more innovative, spending our money on bringing more on-trend and new exciting styles to you!

While oil still remains the most polluting industry in the world, the fashion industry comes in at a close second. We believe strongly that made-to-order is the future of fashion, as it eliminates unnecessary waste and pollution.

We understand that sometimes events come up at the last minute, making made-to-order a little inconvenient for some. Rarely, though, we may already have what you are looking for in stock, in the form of a customer return.
